What is the composition of Serial Number? |

Our serial number is composed of version sign, server code, number of agents, product code, expiry date and function, then using our proprietary formula to generate a unique serial number 》 The version sign is used to identify it is IP-guard version or OEM version 》 The server number is mainly used for setting up different serial numbers under the same product code 》 The number of agents is the agent licenses purchased from customers. 》 The product code is used to identify our client, we will assign a unique product code to every client 》 The expiry date is included in trial version. The software will be expiry after 30-days. 》 In IP-guard 3, customer can select different modules in our sales package. So, this information is also embedded in serial number. The modules not paid would be hidden from IP-guard |
