Steps to query the number of software installed in Asset Management:

1. In the Asset Management, click ‘Software’ in the left menu, and click the ‘Query’ button on the top:

2. A query Windows is popup, please select Application->Name in the Asset Property,

And click the ‘=>’ button to move it to the right Result Lists, then click the ‘OK’ button

3. Then the query result of total installed software license will be shown semi-automatically.

4. As you know the number of software purchased, thus you can also calculate the number of illegal software used.
