Ø We will use the following example to demonstrate how you manage your software
n Example: You are a leader of IT support team in your department and there are 3 support members in your team. Now, the financial department requested to install new ERP software to 200 users within a week. As you are a leader, how you monitor the progress to make sure this task to be completed within a week? You cannot miss to install this ERP software in any computers as the new ERP system will be startup in next Monday sharply.
n IP-guard allows you to custom the classes and instances of the application software, and the followings tables are your design:

n After you complete the design in Table 1, you go to IP-guard¡¦s Asset Classes Management to add the above new properties in Application (see Figure 1)

n As you are a leader, how you monitor the installation progress every day?
u For example: you want to know which computers have not installed the program. You can add some query conditions (see Figure 2a and 2b):
1. Application-description == ¡§ERP¡¨
2. Application-completed is ¡§Not exist¡¨
3. Application-completed is ¡§No¡¨

u For example: you want to know how many computers have installed the software by your support team staff Peter, you can add the following conditions to get the result (see Figure 3):
